How can I pay for the costume and accessories I need? |

We accept all major credit cards and of course cash. |

Do I need to pre-book the costume I need? |
A. |
To make sure you get the costume you require it is always better to leave a deposit. If it is a themed party such as a 70's Disco Night or a Pirates Party, we carry such a large stock that you will be certain to get something even on the day of the party. |

Do you have a large stock of costumes? |

Yes, we have a massive range of costumes plus shoes, hats, wigs and accessories for every theme of party. |

I'm not sure what to wear for my fancy dress party? Can I get advice? |

Yes! Our staff are friendly and happy to help! We love to help customers choose a great costume and we will make sure you have a ball at your party in your fancy dress outfit. |

What sizes do your costumes come in? |
A. |
We cater for all sizes from very very small to very very big! We have costumes in all sizes and some costumes are what we call 'free-size' which means anyone can fit into them. We cater for young children through to adults. |

I'm going away for a few days and will need my costume for a few days. Is this possible? |

Yes! As long as that particular costume is not pre-booked by someone else. Just make arrangements with us in good time and we will be able to help. |

What happens if I damage the costume or loose an accessory? |
A. |
If the costume is damaged beyond repair you will lose your deposit. If only a minor repair is needed there is usually no charge. If for instance a hat is lost we will just charge for the cost of that particular item. |

Do you do children's fancy dress costumes/outfits? |

Yes! We have quite a large range of children's fancy dress outfits including Victorian, Tudor, Viking and Greek costumes for functions such as school visits/outings. |

Do you do matching costumes for couples? |

Yes, quite a lot of our costumes are available in pairs. |

How much are the costumes to hire ? |
A. |
Full outfits range from about £23.00 - £40.00 but the majority are about £20.00. Some people like to hire just a 70's shirt or another individual item and these would obviously cost less. |
